Peanut App is a front‑end user interface that lets you create, import and interact with self‑custodial blockchain wallets. The Peanut Protocol comprises a set of open‑source smart‑contracts and APIs that facilitate certain wallet recovery, multi‑signature and on‑chain automation features.
The Services may enable you to access third-party products and services (for example identity verification, fiat on/off-ramps, card services, analytics, or customer support tools) provided by third parties (“Third-Party Services”).
Third-Party Services are provided by the relevant third party, not by Squirrel Labs. When you use Third-Party Services, you are also agreeing to that provider’s separate terms and policies, and the provider (not Squirrel Labs) is responsible for the Third-Party Services, including pricing, eligibility decisions, transaction processing, delays, errors, refusals, reversals, or compliance actions.
We may pass to, and receive from, Third-Party Service providers the information reasonably necessary to enable the Third-Party Services (including identity verification results and transaction status). We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services, and we make no warranties about them.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal data in connection with the Services, including when you use Third-Party Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
