Terms and Conditions — Card Pioneers Program

By participating in the Card Pioneers program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Card Pioneers is an early-access program for the Peanut Card. Participation requires adding a starter balance ($10 for standard users, $1 for Tier 2 users) that will become spendable card balance when your card is activated.

2. Eligibility

Participation is subject to:

• Being a Peanut member in good standing
• Meeting regional availability requirements (disclosed during signup)
• Completing any required verification or KYC procedures when prompted
• Compliance with Peanut's general Terms of Service

We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

3. Starter Balance

Your starter balance:

• Is held in your Peanut account and becomes spendable card balance when your card activates
• Is refundable only if you are found ineligible at launch (e.g., region not supported, unable to complete verification)
• Does not guarantee card issuance on a specific date or timeline

4. Priority Access

Reserving a spot provides priority access during regional rollout. Priority does not guarantee immediate issuance. Card activation is subject to completion of all required steps, including identity verification.
